Andrea Moser

Hi, I'm Andrea Moser, a Bellbowrie-based artist, and my work is all about finding the quiet beauty but also the energy in the natural world. I create abstract paintings on canvas using my favourite combination of mixed media: acrylics for the foundation, and then I layer on pencil and oil pastels to add texture and depth.

For me, painting is a way to slow down and really connect with a place. I'm especially inspired by the incredible landscapes right here in Australia. It's a way for me to capture the feeling of a moment, not just a perfect photograph of it.

I hope my art encourages you to pause and find a moment of peace, too.
